Days of PURPOSEFUL Thankfulness – Day #67

Note: Refer to day number 1 (July 25, 2015 post) if you don’t know what this is all about.

It’s funny how every now and then among the ads and junk mail I normally throw away I find an answer. In this case the answer was a nasal spray right out the store that would almost instantaneously decongest my sinuses without triggering breathing problems for me. So, if you haven’t figured it out yet, I am GRATEFUL for medication that works without side effects. We would all like miracles when it come to our health but I am a witness that sometimes the effectiveness of a medicine is a miracle in itself when you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. It’s difficult being on a prescription medication where it does wonders for your sinuses but then over time you find the horrendous itching with your eyes is not allergies but a side effect of the prescription.

If you have believed for complete freedom from a health situation, hold to it. Keep believing. But if you have found some relief, some comfort in a medicine while you wait, be grateful. One of the worst things is to wait on deliverance and have absolutely no comfort in the waiting.
