Money.
In
addition to our physical bodies, I truly believe that God provides us
everything we need to sustain us in life and will give us some of our wants.
But how is that God gives us these things? Does He physically reach down out of
heaven and hands us what we need? Of course He does not. I do believe that He
provides the resources for what we need and some of our desires. I believe that
He works through people to bring provision. I believe God is the ultimate
source for everything but money is a resource. Are your bills
being paid? Even if you’re behind on some of them, money is the only way they’re
getting paid, right? Do you have a car that you recently filled up with gas? Again,
it takes money to fill that gas tank. Did you have to buy something to eat this
week? It takes money. Just about everything we do in life requires an exchange
of paper with the faces of Presidents on them. And if you use plastic…well you
understand that’s still money right? (Yes darling—you gotta pay that backJ) Never forget to thank God for the resources!
We all hope to learn from our own experiences but there are those times when we also glean from others. These lessons offer great opportunities for stimulating our minds or emotions to a higher level: inspiration. Life itself is full of inspiration, whether it's from witnessing the simplicity or complexity in nature or finding valuable lessons in the things we encounter on a daily basis. Ultimately the hope is that inspiration evokes positive change in our lives on a daily basis.
